Every raw egg input is linked to its originating grading / supply records, maintaining an unbroken chain of custody from the farm into the processing facility.
Advanced batch tracking records the movement of eggs and processed products through each stage of the processing line — breaking, separating, pasteurising, drying, and packaging. Batch identities are maintained at every transition, so a compliance query or customer recall can be traced back to source in minutes rather than hours.
